• You are placing orders for legitimate personal or gifting use within Pakistan
• The information you provide during ordering (name, address, phone) is accurate, complete, and up to date

These terms apply to all users of the website, including browsers, vendors, customers, and anyone contributing content.

Products & Services

Achar Mart sells handcrafted pickles (achar) including but not limited to Mango, Garlic, Mixed, Chilli, Carrot, Lasoora, Karela, and Tenti varieties, available in multiple jar sizes.

• Product images are for illustration purposes — actual color/texture may vary slightly due to natural ingredients and seasonal batches
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a flavor, or modify recipes for quality or seasonal availability
• Nutritional and ingredient information is provided as accurately as possible on each product page

Ordering & Payment

• Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website checkout, WhatsApp, or by phone.
• Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payment methods as listed at checkout.
• Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message via SMS, WhatsApp, or email from our team.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address and contact number are correct. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Pricing & Invoicing

• All prices listed on acharmart.com are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to raw material cost fluctuations, but any price change will not affect orders already confirmed
• Free shipping applies to orders above the threshold advertised on our website (currently PKR 2000)
• A digital or printed invoice will be provided with every dispatched order

Product Quality & Freshness

Since our pickles are made using traditional, preservative-conscious methods, please note:

• Jars should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness
• Natural oil separation or settling is normal for authentic homemade-style pickles and does not indicate spoilage
• Once opened, always use a clean, dry spoon to extend shelf life
• Best-before dates are printed on each jar label — please check before consumption

Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners
• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your city, though delays may occur due to courier or weather conditions
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the courier confirms successful delivery — please inspect your jars upon receipt

Returns & Refunds

Because pickles are a perishable food item, our returns policy is limited but fair:

• Eligible: Damaged jars, leakage, wrong items sent, or spoiled product upon arrival — full refund or free replacement
• Reporting Window: All damage or quality claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photo/video evidence sent via WhatsApp
• Non-Refundable: Change of mind, incorrect flavor selection by the customer, or jars opened and partially consumed
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone
• Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible
• Repeated cancellations or refusal of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future orders

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Achar Mart owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including product photography, recipes, branding, and written content.

You must not:

• Republish or redistribute content from acharmart.com without permission
• Sell, rent, or sub-license any material from our website
• Reproduce or copy our product photography or branding for commercial use

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Achar Mart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or consumption of our products beyond the replacement or refund remedies described in Section 7. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including issues relating to consumer safety.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
